Kieran was super fast to respond to our concrete tank emergency, quickly assessed the situate and clearly outlined the process, costs and timings! Luckily they had liner in stock to fit our tank and it was installed within a couple of days and ready to be filled immediately! Our water pressure is great and we have peace of mind to know that Membrane Dynamics has fixed our water supply for years to come. It was really the only solution for us - have already recommended to everyone.

Hi there,

I consulted with Kieran about our tank. Ours was an old concrete tank with alot of leaks and cracks. I priced replacement tanks and also getting a bore, then found the Tank doctor and decided to go for the tank liner. Kieran was so helpful and with my measurements made then installed the liner in my old tank. His communication and service was wonderful, even arranging a tanker of water through a local supplier so we had water when he finished. Im very happy and would gladly recommend.

Thanks Steve

Kieran and his two assistants turned what was a 40 year old cracked and leaking concrete tank into a useful watertight storage tank which will last at least another twenty plus years. Well done Guys, many thanks.

Kieran and his crew are amazing. our install was 2 under ground tanks plus a pump swap out and PH filter install, the team were here for 13 hrs without a single grizzle. You get soo much more than just water tank liners, which is what we were requiring, Kieran is a true water tech and will come up with any water solution required. professional, yes. communication 100% considering he is also on the tools, service brilliant, old school values. Value 100% worth every penny considering our options.

I cant say enough in support of Kieran and his hard working crew.

Two large concrete tanks cracked, resulting in the loss of all our water. We contacted Membrane Dynamics and received excellent communication and service throughout the process. I highly recommend this hardworking New Zealand company—their professionalism and work ethic were outstanding

Kieran and his team turned up on time, carried out the work to an excellent standard, cleaned up afterwards and kept to the estimated cost. Can therefore highly recommend.

Great service and installation by Kieran and his team who lined two concrete tanks for us. Professional solution and information. Thanks.

Fantastic, fast service. Thank you Kieran!

We were in the unfortunate situation of having a catastrophic tank leak last weekend. Kieran responded quickly, firstly came to assess the problem and was back the next day to fix it by installing a tank liner, saving us thousands by not having to replace the tank.

Kieran was professional, efficient and very courteous in his dealings with us.

We would thoroughly recommend Membrane dynamics as a company who is very responsive and gets the job done efficiently and quickly.

Great info, great advice, then went above & beyond with the installation. A very switched-on operator.

I can't speak highly enough about the service provided by Kieran and the team at Membrane Dynamics. They were helpful, responsive and did a great job, with excellent communication throughout. Thier tank liner solution is an outstanding option for leaking concrete water tanks, and the cost is several thousand dollars cheaper than a replacement tank, with the added advantage of not needing to find a way to dispose of the old tank. I would recommend Membrane Dynamics to anyone looking for a solution to a leaking water tank.

Kieran and his team are excellent. Great communication and professional installation of an internal concrete water tank liner. There were known challenges with the scope of the job due to three existing steel supports within the concrete tank. Kieran came up with an excellent solution and strategy where other companies had simply said the job was too hard and not viable.

Highly recommended.

Kieren was outstanding in both customer service and work quality. He was prompt and informative with a high standard of customer service. He and his team finished the job exactly as proposed. Highly recommend. Thank you for your work.

Kieran from Membrane Dynamics has just fitted a new liner to our unrepairable concrete tank. We were in a predicament with no water coming to our house - Kieran fitted us in to his already tight schedule. His communication was great; he arrived exactly when he said he would; his work ethic was great; and altogether a person who was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Kieran if you need this service.

Definitely recommend Kieran from Membrane Dynamics. Prompt with his quote. Kept me up to date with the progress of the liner. Recommended to wait for the install so I could share travel costs with another client down my way. 🙏 Arrived on time and did the job and tidied up afterwards. 5 stars from me. 👍

We took large punt on Membrane Dynamics as they are based 100s of kilometers away from us, we live in the Central North Island. I am always cautious when committing to services when the only interaction is via the Internet.

Like others, it would appear our original cuboid house tank the house was built on top of in the 1970s had been lined with spray liner and the spray liner had failed causing leaks. We had limited options but I found Membrane Dynamics via Google and I am very glad I did.

I was very, very presently surprised in all aspects of the goods and service we received! I have to say, hands down, some of the best service and work by someone in a trade I have come across in the last 20 years.

Contact was excellent, a date was booked and Kieran showed up on time, as originally planned and within a month! (super rare in this day and age.)

Pricing was fair, and much cheaper than alternatives.

He arrived well prepared, meaning next to no time offsite.

Kieran took the time to explain his product and answer questions.

Despite some unforeseen hiccups during the install, Kieran did not complain and carried on after hours to ensure the job was done. He worked hard, the entire time he was onsite.

I highly recommend Kieran and Membrane Dynamics.

My Dad and I found Membrane Dynamics and Kieran very easy to deal with. Kieran was professional, efficient and good at communicating the process. We are extremely happy with the product which was an easy solution to fix Dads two old concrete water tanks that had significant water leaks. The alternative to get new tanks would have been difficult, costly and time consuming. We are so glad we went with this option and Kieran and would recommend Membrane Dynamics to everyone.

After multiple costly failed patch jobs from various companies that claimed they could fix it , we decided to get a liner installed we have a old 1975 terrace top tank rectangular , holds around 45000L , with in a month we had a visit, quote and job completed, great communication and Hassel free process, don't bother with the rest just get Kieran in he will get you sorted . THANKYOU!

I was very impressed with Kieran. What an outstanding young man. In our time of need he came to our rescue .

His communication was clear he got back to us quickly his work ethic is faultless

I highly recommend this company for your tank repair. 👍😇

Kieran knows the meaning of this word. A pleasure to deal with. All aspects of the fit out were delivered as quoted and discussed. First class job and communication. Highly recommend . Even with the weather atrocious today, no problem.

Kieran did an amazing job on our old concrete tank lining. He was incredibly professional to deal with. Turn around 1 week and no messing around when here. Finishing is outstanding. Cant recommend him enough. Superb service. 5 💥

What a great experience in this day of average Tradies!

Process was simple, site visit, accurate quote, deposit paid booked in, job completed on time.

Nice and tidy job, no mess or rubbish left, a real pleasure to work with.

My old tank is probably better now than when it was new.

Highly recommended.

Keep up the great work Kieran!

Impressed - very professional, excellent communicator, helped us sort out a problem pump - can’t fault. Highly recommend Kieran - does a brilliant job with a friendly manner. He can be trusted to do a good job.

Highly recommend his service , knowledge and work ethic

Kieran not only provided a smart solution for our water tank but communicated exceptionally well throughout the process. Installation was smooth and we're very pleased with the result. Recommended.

Kieran gave us great advice and the liner gave us a simple solution to what would have otherwise been an awkward tank replacement.

Kieran was excellent. Great service. Awesome communication. Would definitely use Tank Doctor again. Highly recommend.

I can't thank Kieran enough for a job done quickly and efficiently without any fuss and bother. This was a hassle free fully informed installation and I would recommend Tank Doctor's services on a 10 out of 10 basis.

Kieran ( the Tank Doctor) supplied me with a new tank Liner & was very professional in every way. Very helpful & he also installed it making it a hassle free contract.

I would highly recommend him for any repair to a concrete water tank.

Yours sincerely,

Ben GRIFFITHS .

We have yet to get enough rain to fill our newly lined concrete tank but I can for sure commend Kieran highly for his great communication, expertise and efficiency. Thanks for such a positive "tradie" experience!

Kieran is excellent! He responded quickly, did plan prudently and worked smoothly! Highly recommend!

Fast friendly professional tradesman, recommended without hesitation.

Massive thanks to Kieran the Tank Doctor for fixing our leaky old plastic tank when the other tank people had given up on it. Fitted a custom made, complete new liner inside the tank at a very reasonable cost. Great product, impeccable service. Kieran was a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to summer now with no worries about losing precious rainwater.

Kieran did a great job for us. Professional, friendly and prompt. Stuck to his quote and timeframes. No hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

Kieran was awesome, great communication, came round to sort out our garden tanks within 2 days, and braved the freezing water inside the tanks to fix our cave in. All sorted super quick. Highly recommend Kieran.

The team at Tank Doctor offer an innovative alternative to the traditional "patch and repair" approach to a cracked/leaky concrete tank. For me, the most compelling reason for choosing them was the fact their solution also caters for any future defects in the concrete, which isn't the case where individual cracks are patched/repaired.

The service itself was faultless - from the initial assessment, through to final fitting - the team were always punctual, courteous and professional, removing all waste materials and leaving the site clean and tidy.

Would not hesitate to recommend.
